These terms apply to use of the NewWay website and requests for translation and related document services.

Quotes and orders

Price, scope, turnaround time and delivery format are confirmed before work begins. A quote may change if the documents, requirements or requested service change.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing clear, complete and lawful source documents and for telling us the intended receiving organization when its requirements are relevant.

Translations and acceptance

NewWay prepares translations and related assistance based on the information and requirements provided. Final acceptance of a translation, credential evaluation, notarization, apostille or other document is determined by the receiving authority or organization.

Third-party services

Credential evaluations, notarizations, apostilles and similar services may involve independent third parties. NewWay may coordinate or assist with these services but does not represent itself as the issuing authority unless explicitly stated.
